Welcome to CorsoMondo (the "Service"), operated by [Calls Local LLC]("CorsoMondo," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What CorsoMondo Is — and Isn't
CorsoMondo is an advertising, education, and community platformfor dog breeders and prospective buyers, focused on the Cane Corso breed (and additional breeds over time). We provide listings, profiles, messaging, editorial content, tools, and a private network for verified breeders.
We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not sell, broker, escrow, or process payments for any dog, puppy, stud service, co-ownership, or other animal-related arrangement. All sales and arrangements happen directly between users, off-platform, at their own risk. We do not independently verify every claim made by users, including breeder credentials, pedigrees, health testing, prices, photographs, or availability.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, for keeping your password secure, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or scam listings.
- Impersonate another breeder, kennel, or person.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Offer animals in violation of any law, including local breeding, sale, import, or licensing requirements.
- List animals that are unhealthy in a way you have failed to disclose, or that are too young to be separated from the dam under applicable law.
- Use the Service to launder money, evade taxes, or facilitate any illegal activity.
- Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Service without permission.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, verification, or anti-abuse controls.
5. User Content and Listings
You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, descriptions, messages, profile information). By submitting content, you grant CorsoMondo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, translate, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service.
You represent that you own or have the rights to everything you submit, and that your content does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. We may remove any content at our discretion, including content that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.
6. Breeders and Advertising
Breeders may list dogs, litters, studs, and kennel profiles. Listings are advertisements only — they are not offers by CorsoMondo. Verified or "elite" badges reflect checks we have performed at a point in time and are not a guarantee of any breeder's conduct or any dog's health, temperament, or suitability.
7. Buyers
You are solely responsible for evaluating any breeder, dog, or arrangement before committing money. We strongly recommend reading our Buyer Safety Guide, video-calling the breeder, asking for health records, and using payment methods with buyer protection. Never wire money or use gift cards.
8. Payments to CorsoMondo (Subscriptions, Ads, Promoted Placements)
Some platform features — including breeder subscriptions, promoted listings, advertising packages, vendor placement, and élite membership — require payment. These payments are processed by Stripe and governed by Stripe's terms. Fees, billing cycles, and refund rules for each paid feature are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, paid features are non-refundable once delivered. We do not handle, process, or escrow any payment for an animal.
9. Intellectual Property
CorsoMondo, our logos, design system, editorial content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties including, without limitation: Supabase (hosting, database, authentication), Stripe (payments), AI providers (used to power translation, content assistance, and matchmaking), and our email provider. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, or risk to other users.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY BREEDER, BUYER, LISTING, DOG, HEALTH OUTCOME, PEDIGREE CLAIM, OR TRANSACTION.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORSOMONDO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR ANIMALS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTION OR INTERACTION WITH ANOTHER USER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CorsoMondo and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your dealings with other users, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [New Jersey], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [New Jersey], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where permitted by law, the parties waive the right to a jury trial.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
